The room was acceptable, but the service had some notable issues. I requested assistance with luggage, yet the delivery was delayed. The minibar was not restocked daily as promised. A discrepancy arose with the final bill as extra charges was without clear explanation. These issues need to be addressed.

the decor reminded me of a beautiful dream, full of intentional designs. the restaurant was amazing!!! it reminded me of a lovely sensory experience. the rooftop bar provided amazing views.
the service was somewhat disappointing. i had requested an early check-in, but my room wasn't ready for hours. i also found hidden service charges on my bill. i didn't expect it since i already paid for service at breakfast.

a blissful sanctuary
rooftop cocktail bar attentive staff central location interior design
I was captivated by the rooftop cocktail bar. Attentive bar staff provided seamless service. i enjoyed dinner at dear jackie, and the food was wonderful. the location is also very convenient, right in the heart of everything. the interior design showed superb attention TO detail.
the room was beautifully designed, BUT it felt a tiny bit small for an extended stay.

the hotel has multiple bars for drinks and food, and dear jackie offered A great dinner experience. breakfast options were excellent, with High-quality choices. service during dining was particularly attentive.

the hotel is located centrally, placing guests near carnaby street, a mere two-minute walk away. regent street is also easily accessible, around five to ten minutes. many bars and restaurants surround the hotel.

the hotel includes a rooftop cocktail bar with amazing views and a well-stocked mini bar in each room. the hotel is very clean. everything worked perfectly throughout the hotel.

the staff showed amazing kindness and attentiveness throughout my visit, ALWAYS ready to assist. the team seemed genuinely tuned in to guest needs. it was supremely efficient, but also friendly.

mixed service experience
delayed check-in missing bag
The check-in process was not smooth. i asked for an early check-in, but my room wasn't ready for hours. they also didn't bring all my bags to my room. I left a shopping bag with them and no one contacted me about it. the hotel looks nice, but i probably won't stay again.
