I was captivated by the rooftop cocktail bar. Attentive bar staff provided seamless service. i enjoyed dinner at dear jackie, and the food was wonderful. the location is also very convenient, right in the heart of everything. the interior design showed superb attention TO detail.
the room was beautifully designed, BUT it felt a tiny bit small for an extended stay.

The check-in process was not smooth. i asked for an early check-in, but my room wasn't ready for hours. they also didn't bring all my bags to my room. I left a shopping bag with them and no one contacted me about it. the hotel looks nice, but i probably won't stay again.
